You must install Elasticsearch before installing Magento Commerce or Magento Open Source 2.4.0. See Elasticsearch for details.

Installation

Now that you’ve installed prerequisites and taken the first steps (merchant, system integrator, or developer), you’re ready to install the Magento software. You must use the command line to install Magento.
